민화란 무엇인가?
민화는 한국의 민속 예술 중 하나 이다. 특히 조선 후기에 유행했고 일상 생활에서의 활용이나 장식의 목적으로 사용되었다.
WHAT IS MINHWA?
Minhwa refers to Korean folk art.
It is produced mostly by unknown artists without formal training, for the purpose of everyday use or decoration. It is popular art, especially in the late Joseon Dynasty.
