Breach
Without limiting other remedies, we may immediately issue a warning, temporarily suspend, indefinitely suspend or terminate your membership and refuse to provide our service to you (a) if you breach this Agreement; (b) if we are unable to verity or authenticate any information you provide to us; or (c) if we believe that your actions may cause legal liability for you, our users, or us.
Conplaints and Returns of Goods
The merchandise has to be checked by the customer immediately after delivery.
Any damage during transport, difference of quantity with the packing list must be declared within 48h after receiving the order to the seler.
If the merchandise is damaged during transport, a picture must be taken and sent by email as a proof for insurance. Returned merchandise must be unused, their tag not removed, and the must be in their original packing.
